Universal Needle flame tester

Short Description:

The needle flame tester is a device used to evaluate the ignition hazard of small flames caused by internal equipment failures. It uses a needle-shaped burner with a specified size (Φ0.9mm) and a specific gas (butane or propane) at a 45° angle to time and direct the combustion of the sample. The ignition hazard is evaluated based on whether the sample and the ignition pad layer ignite, the duration of combustion, and the length of the flame.
