Usually, the sofa durability test will simulate the following tests:
Seat durability test: The process of human body sitting and standing on the sofa is simulated to evaluate the durability of seat structure and materials.
Armrest durability test: simulate the process of human body applying pressure to sofa armrest, and evaluate the stability of armrest structure and connecting parts.
Back durability test: simulate the process of human body applying pressure to the back of sofa to evaluate the durability of back structure and materials.
Through these tests, manufacturers can ensure that their sofas meet safety and quality standards and can withstand long periods of use without damage or material fatigue.
The instrument simulates the ability of the sofa seat to withstand long-term repetitive loads under daily use conditions.
