Digital rotational viscometer for inks, paints and glues
The rotational viscometer is driven by a motor through variable speed to rotate the rotor at a constant speed. Rotational viscometer When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the liquid will produce a viscosity torque acting on the rotor, and the greater the viscosity torque will be; conversely, the smaller the viscosity of the liquid, the smaller the viscosity torque will be. The viscosity torque acting on the rotor will be smaller. The viscous torque is detected by the sensor, and after computer processing, the viscosity of the measured liquid is obtained.
The viscometer adopts microcomputer technology, which can easily set the measuring range (rotor number and rotation speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and clearly display the rotor number, rotation speed, and measured value set during measurement on the display screen. The viscosity value of the liquid and its full-scale percentage value, etc.
The viscometer is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, and 4) and 8 speeds (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, 60 rpm), resulting in 32 combinations. The viscosity of various liquids within the measurement range can be measured.
