Short Description:

This test machine is used to simulate the impact of the clamping force of the two clamping plates on the packaging and the goods when loading and unloading the packaging parts, and to evaluate the strength of the packaging parts against clamping. Structure and working principle

1. Base plate: The base plate is made of assembled welded parts with high rigidity and strength, and the mounting surface is machined after ageing treatment; base plate test size: 2.0 m long x 2.0 m wide, with warning lines around and in the centre, and the middle line is also the reference line of the test piece, the centre of the test piece is on this line during the test, and people cannot stand on the base plate.

2. Drive beam: The servo motors of the left and right clamping arms in the drive beam drive the screw inwards at the same time (speed adjustable) to clamp the test piece to reach the set force, which is sensed by the built-in pressure sensor of the clamping arms to make it stop.

3. Servo system: When the clamping force of the two clamping arms of the drive crossbar has reached and stopped, the servo control station controls the servo to drive the crossbar up, stop and down through the chain, without people being on either side of the crossbar during the test.

5. The whole machine is controlled by PLC to achieve effective control of the movements of each work station.

6. The whole machine is equipped with a control cabinet to set the clamping force, clamping speed and lifting and stopping, and the manual or automatic test mode can be selected on the panel of the control cabinet. In the manual test, each action can be controlled manually, and in the automatic test, each action is realized to run continuously to ensure safe production and run according to the beat.

7. An emergency stop button is provided on the control cabinet panel.

8. To ensure the reliable operation of the machine, the main components are selected from imported brands.
