1. The battery thermal abuse test chamber simulates the battery being placed in a high-temperature chamber with natural convection or forced ventilation, and the temperature is raised to the set test temperature at a certain heating rate and maintained for a certain period of time. The hot air circulation system is used to ensure uniform distribution of the working temperature.
2. The battery short-circuit test chamber is used to test whether the battery will explode and catch fire when it is short-circuited with a certain resistance, and the relevant instruments will display the larger current of the short-circuit.
3. The battery low-pressure test chamber is suitable for low-pressure (high-altitude) simulation tests. All the tested samples are tested under negative pressure; the final test result requires that the battery cannot explode or catch fire. In addition, the battery cannot smoke or leak. The battery protection valve cannot be damaged.
4. The temperature cycle test chamber can simulate different environmental conditions such as high temperature/low temperature, and is equipped with high-accuracy program design control and fixed-point control system that are easy to operate and learn, providing better test performance.
5. The battery drop tester is suitable for free fall tests of small consumer electronic products and components such as power batteries and batteries; the machine adopts an electric structure, the test piece is clamped in a special fixture (adjustable stroke), and the drop button is pressed, the test piece will be tested for free fall, the drop height can be adjusted up and down, and a variety of drop floors are available.
6. The battery combustion tester is suitable for the flammability test of lithium batteries (or battery packs). Drill a circular hole with a diameter of 102mm on a test platform, and place a steel wire mesh on the circular hole. Place the battery to be tested on the steel wire mesh screen, install an octagonal aluminum wire mesh around the sample, and then ignite the burner to heat the sample until the battery explodes or burns, and time the combustion process.
7. Battery heavy object impact tester Place the test sample battery on a plane, and a rod with a diameter of 15.8±0.2mm (5/8 inch) is placed crosswise on the center of the sample. A 9.1kg or 10kg weight falls onto the sample from a certain height (610mm or 1000mm). When a cylindrical or square battery is subjected to an impact test, its longitudinal axis must be parallel to the plane and perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the steel column. The longest axis of the square battery is perpendicular to the steel column, and the larger surface is perpendicular to the impact direction. Each battery is subjected to only one impact test.
8. The battery extrusion tester is suitable for various types of battery-level simulations. When handling household waste, the battery is subjected to external force extrusion. During the test, the battery cannot be externally short-circuited. The situation in which the battery is squeezed, artificially presents different conditions that may occur when the battery is squeezed.
9. The high and low temperature alternating test chamber is used for adaptability tests during storage, transportation, and use in high and low temperature alternating humid and hot environments; the battery is subjected to high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, and humidity resistance cycle tests.
10. The battery vibration test bench uses an electric vibration test system to conduct mechanical environmental tests on small fans to evaluate the reliability of the product.
11. Battery impact tester is used to measure and determine the impact resistance of the battery. It can perform conventional impact tests with half-sine wave, square wave, sawtooth wave and other waveforms to realize the shock wave and impact energy suffered by the battery in the actual environment, so as to improve or optimize the packaging structure of the system.
12. Battery explosion-proof test chamber is mainly used for overcharge and overdischarge of batteries. During the charge and discharge test, the battery is placed in an explosion-proof box and connected to an external charge and discharge tester to protect the operator and the instrument. The test box of this machine can be customized according to the test requirements.
