Uses of low temperature thermostatic bath:

At the same time, it is also a necessary constant temperature equipment for major universities, professional research institutes, corporate laboratories, and quality inspection departments.

 The low-temperature constant temperature bath is a low-temperature liquid circulation equipment that adopts mechanical refrigeration. The low-temperature constant temperature bath has the function of providing low-temperature liquid and low-temperature water bath. It can be operated in a low-temperature constant temperature bath, or it can be combined with circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, magnetic stirring and other instruments, rotary evaporators, vacuum freeze-drying ovens, etc. to carry out multi-functional chemical reaction operations and drug storage at low temperatures, and can work for users. It provides a field source with controlled heat and cold, uniform and constant temperature, and can also be used to conduct constant temperature tests or tests on test samples or produced products. It can also be used as a heat source or cold source for direct heating or cooling and auxiliary heating or cooling.

The structure of cryogenic thermostatic bath

The outer shell is made of metal plate, and the control box is installed directly on the water tank. There are two condensate water inlets and outlets next to it. The imported water pump is used as the circulating power in the water tank, which solves the problem of uneven warm water and enables the instrument's temperature control accuracy and water uniformity to meet higher requirements. This product can be circulated both internally and externally. Use latex tubes to connect the two inlet and outlet pipes for internal circulation. Remove the latex tube and connect the two water pipes to the water inlet and outlet of the reactor to form an external circulation. Only the copper water pipe is connected to the outlet pipe of the pump, and the other is the water inlet pipe. Please be careful not to make mistakes when connecting to avoid water flowing back when starting up.

The internal working principle of the low-temperature thermostatic bath:

After the compressor is running,aftersuction-compression-discharge-condensation-throttle-low-temperatureevaporation-endothermic vaporization, the water temperature drops to the temperature set by the temperature control meter.When the low-temperature thermostat is working, the contactor in the temperature control meter automatically works to provide a current signal to the heating tube, and the heating tube starts to work.

The water inlet and outlet of the whole machine can be used for internal circulation or external circulation of the water source inside the machine, or it can lead the water source inside the machine to the outside of the machine and form a second constant temperature field outside the cryostat.

How to use the low temperature thermostatic bath:

First, the low-temperature thermostatic bath produced by Kexun should use 220V AC power supply. Before use, please make sure that the rated current of the power socket is not less than 10A and has a safety grounding device.

Second, when adding water, please make sure that the distance from the upper cover is no less than 8cm. You must use soft water or distilled water. Do not use hard water such as well water, river water, spring water, etc. to prevent the heating pipe from bursting and affecting the constant temperature sensitivity.

Third, please use the temperature control instrument correctly according to the instruction manual and set the required temperature value. First turn on the power, and then set the required temperature value on the instrument according to the instructions. When the temperature is reached, you can turn on the cycle switch, so that all programs enter normal working status.

How to use the low temperature thermostatic bath:

Precautions for using low temperature thermostatic bath

1. Before using the low-temperature thermostat, add liquid medium into the tank. The liquid level of the medium should be about 30mm lower than the workbench plate, otherwise the heater will be damaged when the power is turned on;

2. The selection of liquid medium in the low-temperature thermostatic bath should follow the following principles:

When the working temperature is between 5 and 85°C, the liquid medium is generally water;

When the working temperature is 85~95℃, the liquid medium can be 15% glycerol aqueous solution;

When the working temperature is higher than 95°C, the liquid medium is generally oil, and the open cup flash point value of the selected oil should be at least 50°C higher than the working temperature;

3. The instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles within 300mm around the instrument;

4. The instrument should be cleaned regularly and the work surface and operation panel should be kept clean and tidy;

5. Power supply: 220V AC 50Hz, the power supply power must be greater than the total power of the instrument, and the power supply must have a good "grounding" device;

6. When the operating temperature of the thermostatic bath is high, be careful not to open the top cover and keep your hands away from the bathtub to prevent burns;

7. After use, turn off all switches and cut off the power supply;
