Equipment Use
The waterproof test chamber is suitable for testing whether electrical products, shells and seals can ensure good performance of equipment and components in rainy environments. This product adopts scientific design, which enables the device to realistically simulate various environments such as dripping water, spraying water, splashing water, and water spraying. With the adoption of a comprehensive control system and frequency conversion technology, the rotation angle of the rainfall test rack, the swing angle of the water spray swing rod and the swing frequency of the water spray volume can be automatically adjusted.

Structural principle

The basic design principle of this equipment: There is a water tank at the bottom, which pumps water through the stainless steel water pump inside the right control box and pressurizes it, and then sends it to the nozzle of the side water spray pipe device. The nozzle sprays water to the sample above the turntable in a constant direction. Scattered into the inside of the water tank, thereby forming a water circulation system. The water pump outlet is designed with flow meters, pressure gauges, solenoid valves and other control components. The inner box is equipped with a waterproof turntable whose speed is controlled on the panel.
