Testing Principle

Fabric clothing abrasion tester uses a special friction device to conduct round-trip friction test on the specimen under specific test conditions. By observing the degree of wear and tear of the specimen in the friction process, colour changes and other indicators, so as to assess the abrasion resistance of the fabric.

The test steps

1. according to the type of specimen and test requirements, select the appropriate friction head and test load.
2. fix the specimen on the test bench, make sure the friction part is perpendicular to the friction head and the range is moderate. 3. set the test times and friction speed.
3. Set the number of tests and friction speed, start the test. 4.
4. Observe the wear condition of the specimen during the friction process and record the test results.
