Test preparation
1. Turn the speed regulator switch to the lowest position
2. Turn on the power switch and adjust the speed regulator to the appropriate speed.
3. According to the setting items, the whole machine is in testing state
4. Let the machine run idling to see if there are any abnormalities. After confirming that the machine is normal, conduct product testing.
Operation

1. Connect the appropriate power supply 220V according to the label.
2. Adjust the speed regulator switch to the lowest setting to avoid excessive speed, which may cause abnormalities in the machine.
3. Turn on the power and test the machine first. If there is any abnormality, turn off the power.
4. Press the CLR key to reset the counter to zero
5. Set the required number of tests according to the test requirements
6. Put the sample to be tested into the drum test box.
7. Press the RUN key and the whole machine will enter the test state.
8. Adjust the speed knob on the speed regulator to make the machine meet the required test speed requirements.
9. After the whole machine has been tested for the number of times set by the counter, it will stop and be in standby mode.
10. If the machine needs to be temporarily stopped during the test, just press the STOP button. If it needs to be restarted, just press the RUN button to resume operation.
11. If any abnormality occurs during the test, please directly press the power switch to cut off the power supply.
12. This test is completed. If you need to continue product testing, please operate again according to the above operating specifications.
13. When all tests are completed, turn off the power, take out the test sample, and clean the machine.
Note: Before each test, the number of tests must be set first. If it is the same number of tests, there is no need to operate again!
