Customisable Battery Drop Tester
Application
This machine adopts a pneumatic structure. The test piece is placed in a special fixture with adjustable stroke and clamped. Press the drop button, and the cylinder will release, causing the test piece to undergo a free fall test. The height of the fall can be adjusted up and down, and there is a height scale to measure the height of the test piece's fall. There are various drop floors to choose from to meet different test standards.
Battery drop test machine precautions
1. Before preparing for the test, please ensure that the power supply is plugged in correctly or connected properly. If the machine requires an air source, make sure the air source is also connected properly.
2. Before the test, ensure that the product is securely installed.
3. The mechanical transmission parts must be regularly maintained.
4. After the test is completed, make sure the power supply is turned off.
5. It is strictly prohibited to use corrosive liquids to clean the machine. Rust-proof oil must be used instead.
6. This test machine must be used by dedicated personnel. During the testing process, it is strictly prohibited to strike the machine or stand on it.
