Application

Control system features
The machine is equipped with a TH-1200C programmable 5.7-inch LCD color liquid crystal display. The system has a capacity of 120 groups of programs with 100 segments each. The number of segments required for each group of programs can be divided arbitrarily, and each group of programs can be linked to each other freely. The cycle setting allows each running program to be executed 9999 times or repeated indefinitely. Additionally, the cycle can be divided into 5 more segments to execute an additional part of the cycle at that level. The machine offers three operation modes: fixed value, program, and link, to meet various temperature testing conditions.

1. Control mode: The machine uses an intelligent microcomputer PID + SSR / SCR automatic forward and reverse bi-directional synchronous output.

2. Data setting: The machine has a built-in program directory management system, making it easy to establish, change, access, or run test names and program data.

3. Curve drawing: After completing the data setting, the machine can immediately obtain the setup curve of the relevant data. During operation, the drawing screen can display the actual running curve.

4. Timing control: The machine has 2 sets of timing output control interfaces, with 10 different time control modes. These interfaces can be used to control external logic drive components for start/stop timing planning.

5. Appointment start: All test conditions can be set to start automatically when power is turned on.

6. Operation lock: The start/stop function can be locked to prevent other personnel from accidentally affecting the experiment results.

7. Power failure restoration: The machine is equipped with a power failure memory device and can restore power in three different modes: BREAK (interrupt), COLD (cold machine start), and HOT (hot machine start).

8. Safety detection: The machine has 15 built-in full-featured system detection sensing devices to ensure safe operation. In case of abnormal faults, the machine will immediately cut off the control power and display the time, abnormal items, and a trace of the abnormality. The history of abnormal failure data can also be displayed.

9. External protection: The machine has an independent electronic over-temperature protection device for additional safety.

10. Communication interface: The machine has an RS-232 standard communication interface, allowing it to be connected to a personal computer (PC) for multi-computer control and management. It can also be connected via USB interface.
