Table & Chair Fatigue Test Machine
Introduction
It simulates the fatigue stress and wear capacity of the seat surface of a chair after it has been subjected to multiple downward vertical impacts during normal daily use. It is used to test and determine whether the chair seat surface can be maintained in normal use after loading or after endurance fatigue testing.
Table and chair fatigue testing machine is used to evaluate the durability and fatigue resistance of the table and chair equipment. It simulates the repeated loading and unloading process experienced by tables and chairs during their daily use. The purpose of this testing machine is to ensure that the table and chair can withstand the stresses and strains to which it is continuously subjected during its service life without failure or damage.
During the test, the table and chair are loaded cyclically, applying alternating forces to the back and cushion of the seat. This helps to assess the structural and material durability of the seat. The test helps manufacturers ensure that their tables and chairs meet safety and quality standards and can withstand long-term use without problems such as material fatigue, deformation, or failure.
