Battery combustion tester

Short Description:

The battery combustion tester is suitable for lithium battery or battery pack flame resistance test. Drill a 102mm diameter hole in the experimental platform and place a wire mesh on the hole, then place the battery on the wire mesh screen and install an octagonal aluminium wire mesh around the specimen, then light the burner and heat the specimen until the battery explodes or the battery burns down, and time the combustion process.

Battery Combustion Tester Precautions

1. Please ensure that the power and gas sources are properly plugged or connected before preparing for the test.

2. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine when in close proximity to it.

3. Regular maintenance of the mechanical transmission parts is necessary.

4. After completing the test, please ensure that the power supply is switched off.

5. It is strictly prohibited to clean the machine with corrosive liquids. Please use anti-rust oil instead.

6. The test machine must be used exclusively for its intended purpose. Knocking or standing on the machine is strictly prohibited.

7. The machinery must be properly grounded.
